DX FLEXAMID
Intended use:
DX FLEXAMID belt is a 1-ply belt with textile carcass and rubber covers.
Carcass is made of aramid-straight warp.
DX FLEXAMID belt is an innovative design responding to user demands for high strength and flexibility of the belts, combining low specific weight of the belt; bringing an added value to the customer in form of, among others, maximum savings in energy costs.
It can be used as an alternative to belts with steel-cords.
DX FLEXAMID belt distinguishes with great centering in trough and high puncture resistance and low elongation.
Belt design
Strength ranges:
From 1600 to 3150 [N/mm]
Width, length of the sections:
Width from 800 to 1600mm;
Standard lengths of belts: 100; 150; 200; 250 [m];
other to be agreed with the manufacturer.
Belt execution:
In compliance with the operation and maintenance manual of Cobra Europe Sp. z o.o Piekary Śląskie standards: PN-EN; DIN; SA; GOST; MSHA; organizational standards and/or with the prior agreement of the Customer.
Joining methods:
Cobra Europe Sp. z o.o. Piekary Śląskie offers joining of conveyor belts by factory service and recommends joining the belts by curing method.
It is possible also to use mechanical joints, which should be applied in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual from joints manufacturer.
