DELTAFLAM GT
Intended use:
Deltaflam GT is a multiply belt, with carcass and rubber covers.
Belt carcass is made of 2 to 5 plies and it ensures:
- high strength of cured and cold glued joints,
- high tear resistance,
- good flexibility and proper centering in trough.
Rubber cover ensures ideal operation of belt in severe operating conditions in underground mines.
Rubber for covers and edges and interlayer rubber ensures that Deltaflam GT belt meets the flame resistance requirements.
Belt design
Strength ranges:
From 630 to 2500 [N/mm]
Width, length of the sections:
Width from 800 to 1800mm;
Standard lengths of belts: 100; 150; 200; 250 [m]; other to be agreed with the manufacturer
Belt execution:
In compliance with the operation and maintenance manual of Cobra Europe Sp. z o.o Piekary Śląskie; standards: PN-EN; DIN; SA; GOST; MSHA; organizational standards and/or with the prior agreement of the Customer.
Joining methods:
Cobra Europe Sp. z o.o. Piekary Śląskie offers joining of conveyor belts by factory service and recommends joining the belts by curing (stepped) and cold gluing method using DX CEMENT D-BOND FB adhesive.
It is possible also to use mechanical joints, which should be applied in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual from joints manufacturer.
