New Partnership and First Training Delivered within the STAHLGRUBER GESELLSCHAFTER-STIFTUNG Program
As part of the newly established cooperation with STAHLGRUBER GESELLSCHAFTER-STIFTUNG, we have successfully delivered the first training session included in the foundation’s educational program.
This initiative marks the beginning of a long-term program focused on developing technical competencies in the industrial sector, with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and practical application of knowledge in real working environments.
The training took place at our COBRA Splice School center in Piekary Śląskie and was designed as an intensive, workshop-based experience.
Participants worked directly with professional industrial equipment, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises in the field of:
- conveyor belt vulcanization
- belt splicing techniques
- repair of operational damage
- pulley lagging applications
The program also covered key topics such as conveyor belt construction, operating conditions, and essential principles of conveyor system maintenance in industrial environments.
The core objective of the training is to develop skills that can be immediately applied in day-to-day technical operations.
This practical approach goes beyond knowledge transfer – it directly contributes to:
- increased reliability of conveyor systems
- improved workplace safety
- reduced downtime and maintenance costs
- higher quality of repairs and service operations
During the training, participants also had the opportunity to explore our offering and the wide range of technical support we provide to industrial partners.
This includes engineering consultancy, selection of optimal conveyor solutions, and system optimization aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.
This first training session represents an important step within the long-term cooperation with STAHLGRUBER GESELLSCHAFTER-STIFTUNG.
The program will be further expanded with additional training modules, designed to address evolving industry needs and support continuous development of technical skills across the sector.
We are proud to be part of an initiative that actively supports the development of skilled professionals and contributes to raising technical standards within the industry.
We are pleased to share that application tests of DELTASLICK have been successfully carried out in France, confirming its performance in real industrial conditions.
These trials focused on material flow behaviour, carryback reduction and operational stability in demanding conveying environments. Key outcomes observed during the test:• 20–40% faster material evacuation• Significantly reduced material adhesion and carryback•...
